Special Times in a Special Setting
12-String Orchard is a 10 ½ acre secluded property with trails, woods, wildlife, and orchards. The Modern Mountain style home was built to be used by family and friends to relax, reflect, catch-up with one another and enjoy the outdoors year-round. With a spacious home and ample grounds, guests can be in the middle of the party or find quiet spots indoors or outside.
In Loving Memory Of
This project and property were never meant to be had it not been for a conversation Bob and his wife, Pam, had two weeks before she passed away in 2020 from breast cancer. That conversation was about what Bob should do if Pam died before him. It included moving from where he lived since 1988, building a new home and designing it so that everything he needed would be on one level. After the struggles Pam experienced with cancer and navigating multiple floors, a new home would be a place for Bob to relax as he got older and yet had many attractions Bob and Pam’s children and grandchildren would enjoy. Bob also wanted to have a place to entertain friends.
Bob did not think Pam was going to die so quickly after that conversation but started listing his ideas and creative thoughts in September 2020. 12-String Orchard was created with the help of a custom home builder and a talented designer who turned those ideas into reality. Hopefully, this property and unique home will live on for generations.
Lastly, Pam and Bob liked to bless others during their marriage and were grateful they themselves were so blessed. To those who come and visit, ENJOY!
